In the first 15 minute free Chemistry Session, we will introduce ourselves and discuss your goals for our time together. This session gives you a taste of what it will be like to work together.
If you decide you want to keep working with me, you will have the option of purchasing single sessions (70 €) or a package of three (190 €). A package of three is not only the best value for money, it is also the best option to have the support needed to introduce and maintain long term creative habits.
Creative Habits Coaching Sessions are designed to help you:
• identify how you would like to creatively express yourself;
• find how to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be;
• design the creative life you want, step by step.
Creative Habits Sssions are one hour long. In the first one, we will map a concrete and actionable plan to add one or many creative habits to your life.
After the first session, two follow up sessions are advised to maximise support and habit creation:
• the first one, two to three weeks after the initial session, we gauge if there’s any tweak needed to make the plan actionable and realistic;
• the second one, three to four weeks after the previous one, where we see how the changes have impacted your life and design a plan going forward.
One session requires an investment of 70 €. A package of three sessions is priced at 190 €.
