This weekend we took a break from the city and headed East, towards Boquete, a mountain and coffee region near the border with Costa Rica.

It was such a good weekend, full of fresh mountain air, the strongest and sharpest colours, flowers, strawberries, wonderful food. We even enjoyed the luxury of wearing long sleeves and sleeping with a duvet, something that turns out to be more important than one might think at first sight. And I survived the visit (mostly, the tasting part!) to a coffee estate.

We are already looking forward to going back.
